MEET OUR CHEF
Your entree out of the kitchen tonight is being prepared and cooked by Joey Lamb. Having an appreciation for
the Mississippi Delta is important when you are a chef looking to incorporate training into the culture.
Joey received his culinary training at Colorado Mountain College in Breckenridge Colorado, where he studied culinary arts. While in school, Joey was trained in French cooking but tends to favor a southern/ french fusion. Now he thrives on stepping off the beaten path and creating dishes outside my comfort zone. He believes recipes are for the uncreative mind which is why every dish at Crawdad's is a special one.
Your dishes will be made with ingredients from all over the world in order to create delicious flavoring. If you want something special, just ask, nothing is too complicated for our expert chef.
